Arrival
When your son lands in Brisbane or Phoenix or Auckland, someone meets him at the airport.
The SIM card is already arranged. The bank appointment is booked. The first week isn’t a stressful improvisation, it’s a handover.
An optional program
Aviation Connect’s school advisory stays 100% free for every student. For families who want hands-on support before, during, and after enrolment, Family Care is a separate, optional program.
Why this exists
Most parents who send a child abroad for flight training do it once in their lives. The school, even an excellent one, won’t pick your son up at the airport, explain why the fleet has been grounded for maintenance, or call your daughter when she hasn’t answered your messages for three days.
For some families, that gap doesn’t matter. The student is independent, organized, and the parents trust the process. For others, it’s a quiet daily worry. Family Care exists for the second group.
We don’t think every family needs this. We think the families who do should know it exists.
Included for every student
Aviation Connect helps every student, without exception, find the right school, prepare the right documents, understand the visa process, and arrive safely. This is funded entirely by our partner schools when a student successfully enrols. You will never pay us for that service, and we will never make it conditional on anything else.
Career and aptitude consultation
School matching and shortlisting
Application and document support
Visa guidance and information
Standard post-enrolment check-ins
What Family Care actually means
Arrival
When your son lands in Brisbane or Phoenix or Auckland, someone meets him at the airport.
The SIM card is already arranged. The bank appointment is booked. The first week isn’t a stressful improvisation, it’s a handover.
Crisis communication
When the school grounds half its fleet for maintenance, or pauses operations for a regulatory review, you hear about it from us before you hear about it from your son.
With context. With a plan. Not from a WhatsApp group of confused parents.
The bad weeks
When your daughter has a rough month and stops answering your calls, our advisor speaks with her first.
Sometimes the answer is "she’s fine, she’s just tired." Sometimes it’s "we need to sit down with the school." Either way, you don’t sit in Hong Kong guessing.
Quarterly clarity
Every three months, you receive a written report about how things are going. In your language, not aviation jargon.
School feedback, our own honest assessment, what’s next. Not a dashboard. A letter.
Choose your level of support
Most families choose Carefree. A smaller number choose Full Presence. We’ll help you decide which fits, or whether neither does.
Carefree
For families who want one person who knows your child, your school, and your situation, and who picks up when you call.
Full Presence
For families who want us physically present, often with younger students or a first international experience.
We don’t quote prices on this page because the right tier, and the right scope, depends on your situation. After a private conversation, we send you a written proposal. You accept it, decline it, or ask for changes. No subscription, no auto-renewal, no surprises.
How it works
Tell us briefly about your family and your son or daughter’s training plan. The call is free and carries no obligation.
We listen first. We ask the practical questions. We tell you honestly whether Family Care is something you actually need. Sometimes our answer is "your family is fine without it."
If Family Care fits, you receive a written proposal with clear scope, fixed pricing, and a timeline. You decide.
Honest questions
No commitment, no script, no sales pitch. We’d rather you decide this is not for you than have you sign up unsure.
