These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aviation Connect website (aviationconnect.org) and our consulting services. By using this website or requesting a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
CAN Connect Fz-LLC T/A Aviation Connect is an aviation training consultancy registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence no. 52000402 issued by the Government of Ras Al Khaimah.
We help prospective pilots, helicopter pilots and aircraft engineering students choose flight schools, training paths and countries that suit their goals and budgets.
2. What we do, and what we don’t
What we do:
- Provide free consultations to prospective aviation students
- Share information about training paths, costs, visas, medical requirements, and partner schools
- Connect you with partner schools when you choose to proceed
- Offer informational tools (Budget Estimator, Aptitude Screening, Country Guides) to help you research
What we don’t do:
- We are not a flight school. We do not provide training, flight instruction, or issue licenses.
- We are not a civil aviation authority. We cannot issue medical certificates, ratings, or licenses.
- We are not a visa or immigration service. We can guide you toward relevant requirements but applications are your responsibility.
- We are not financial advisors. Cost estimates we provide are educational, not guarantees.
- We do not represent any specific airline or guarantee airline employment after training.
3. The consultation service
Our consultations are provided free of charge to students. We are compensated by partner schools when a student we have advised enrolls. This is a finder’s-fee model. Our compensation does not affect the price you pay to the school, and it does not affect the advice we give. We are committed to recommending schools that fit your needs, regardless of which arrangement pays more.
You may request a consultation through our website. We will respond by email or at your indicated contact preference. Consultation availability depends on scheduling and is not guaranteed at any specific time.
4. Your responsibilities
When using our services and website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about yourself and your situation
- Use the website lawfully and not interfere with its operation
- Not attempt to scrape, copy, or harvest data from the site beyond normal personal use
- Not impersonate others or submit false information
- Verify any time-sensitive or critical information (visa requirements, current school programs, medical standards) with the relevant authority before making major decisions
- Make your own informed decisions about your training, career, finances, and personal situation
5. Information accuracy
We work to keep information on this website current and accurate, but the aviation industry changes constantly. Costs, visa rules, school programs, accreditations, medical standards and career outlooks can change without notice.
You must verify critical information directly with the relevant authority or school before committing financially or making major personal decisions.
Cost ranges shown on the Budget Estimator and Country Guides are approximations based on market data at the time of publication. Your actual costs may be higher or lower.
The Aptitude Test is a brief educational screening. It is not a formal aviation aptitude test and does not predict success or failure in pilot training, school admission, or airline employment.
6. Intellectual property
Content on this website (text, images, designs, code, structured data) is owned by CAN Connect Fz-LLC T/A Aviation Connect or our content partners and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Partner school logos and trademarks belong to those schools and appear on our site under permission for the purpose of identifying our partners.
7. Third-party content and links
This website links to civil aviation authorities, partner schools, news sources and other third parties. These links are for informational purposes. We do not control or endorse third-party content. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by the third party’s terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Aviation Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our consultation services is limited to the fees you paid us, which, since our consultations are free, is zero.
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on information from our website. You are responsible for your own choices, including financial commitments to schools and career decisions.
- We are not liable for the performance, quality, accreditation status, business practices or training outcomes of any partner school. Disputes about training services must be resolved directly with the school.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for gross negligence or willful misconduct).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Aviation Connect, its directors, employees and partners against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of this website or our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.
10. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last reviewed” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
