Aviation Career Center is an EASA-approved training organisation at Maribor International Airport in Slovenia. The academy is run by airline professionals, including former A320 launch captains and certified training developers, and deliberately caps student intake to keep the instructor-to-cadet ratio high.
The flagship A320 Cadet Program is a 30-month integrated pathway from zero flight experience to a guaranteed First Officer placement with an EU-based A320 operator. The fixed fee of 133,000 euros covers the full ATPL course with more than 1,000 hours of theory, the A320 type rating with full-flight simulator time, base training on the aircraft, and the airline's conversion course, with no hidden costs. Standalone integrated ATPL, modular CPL with MEIR, and flight instructor courses are also offered.
Students fly Evektor SportStar RTC singles with Garmin glass cockpits and Tecnam P2006T twins, matched to an ALSIM AL250 FNPT II simulator, with A320 training on a Level D full-flight simulator. Maribor offers controlled airspace with full ILS, light traffic, low living costs, and quick access to Italian, Austrian, Croatian and Hungarian airspace for cross-border experience.
